What do you do with overripe bananas? Make banana bread, of course. I have a recipe that uses heavy cream and is really good, but I know that adds a lot of fat to it. I found a recipe over at
Tammy's recipes that uses whole wheat flour and it has become my new favorite. I usually make two loaves at a time since we can hardly wait for it to cool enough to cut it. It is great for an afternoon snack with hot tea or breakfast with a glass of milk :)
