“A continual dripping on a very rainy day And a contentious woman are alike; Whoever restrains her restrains the wind, And grasps oil with his right hand.” Proverbs 27:15-16
Proverbs 19:13 tells us that the contentions of a wife are a continual dripping. In its notes, The New Geneva Study Bible states for contentions: nagging. I sure don’t want to be described like that, do you?
