Simple Woman's Daybook

FOR TODAY
Outside my window... it is dark out. It has been cloudy with light rain all day.

I am thinking... time for bed soon.

I am thankful for... my laptop being fixed. Although my battery doesn't work and I need to keep it plugged in I am glad to have it back.

From the learning rooms... long vowels, Johnny Appleseed, Black Beauty.

From the kitchen... hamburgers, macaroni salad and mixed veggies.

I am wearing... coral capri pj's.

I am going... to the doctor's for my annual this week.

I am reading... the Bible, Womanly Dominion: More than a Meek and Gentle Spirit.

I am hearing... the sweet sound of my computer humming :)

One of my favorite things... the softness of my children's skin (especially under their chins :)
