Fall Challenge- Week Three

Here's week #3's Challenge: List a few of the spots in your home that make you visually stressed because of all the clutter. Now go buy something for that spot - like a basket to put it all in! Work on cleaning up clutter. Throw things away. While you're at it - clean up some clutter in your spiritual life. What gets in the way of your peace spiritually?
We have a two part challenge - first let's strive for creating a haven:

I love baskets.  I have a few that need to be gone through.  I can’t stand clutter and am constantly working on getting rid of it.  I usually have to do it when no one is home because my family doesn’t like to get rid of anything.  I am working on that though.  I will post pictures later this week of my updated baskets.  I am actually chuckling right now as I think of how many baskets I have.  What is your favorite thing to store in baskets?

  1. I love to store books in baskets...setting beside a good reading chair.
I have been buying seems like when I bring in plants it tells me to get rid of clutter and choose life!
This goes with somethings God is showing me to get rid of in our spiritual clutter.
I remember you when I pray when I light the candle and turn on our music each morning.

  2. I need to find some baskets.... I store my fruit in a basket sometimes. :)

Also want to thank you for your encouragement the other day. Unfortunately, she decided not to forgive me nor admit that she was wrong. I told her that I forgave her despite the fact.

  3. Hello, dear friend!! How are you??
I really like to use baskets too- we have LOTS of them!! :)

  4. I have to throw things away when no one is home too!!! I'm loving this challenge and have been so inspired by your words!

  5. I love baskets too! I store bills in one, new mail in one and magazines in one.
I am so happy to find your blog! I am stopping by from the ifellowship hop. I look forward to reading more from you! I'd love for you to Stop by and follow me too!

  6. I must follow suit! I am also a lover of baskets and I have too many that I need to go through. Like you, I need to do this when my hubby is away so I can actually toss out what we don't NEED to save - he would save everything given the chance! Thanks for the reminder that I need to tackle this :) Blessings!

  7. Definitely hooray for baskets!

Thank you for visiting. Please let me know you stopped by so I can be sure to come visit you. ~Theresa
